As a custom fabricator there is virtually no limit to our products. Many of our standard products have developed from our customers' specialized needs. This section showcases some of the many units we have built to solve specific production and manufacturing problems.

	PH Monitoring Stations A chemical processing plant needed to monitor the PH of solutions during several different processes. These carts were designed to be easily transported to different locations, and carry all necessary monitoring equipment. All components are explosion proof. A transmitter was incorporated into the monitoring system to allow remote monitoring of hazardous processes when the operator can not be in the same room.
	Wall Mounted Fume Pick Up A Pharmaceutical company found that portable totes used to store product between process operations were releasing harmful gases into the air. These fume pick up hoods were custom built to fit around and above the totes to collect the gases and tie into the plant's vapor recovery system.
	Fume Pick Up Cart A pharmaceutical company needed a portable fume collection device to collect vapors when opening drums of a hazardous substance. These carts were designed to be positioned next to the drums. The pick-up is adjustable for different heights. A flexible hose connects to the plant's vapor recovery system.
	Mixer Funnel A pharmaceutical company needed to collect airborne powder while filling a mixing unit. This funnel was designed to mount easily on top of the machine and incorporated a dust collection plenum which connected to the plant's vacuum system. A grate at the base of the funnel was added to prevent operators from accidentally dropping items in the mixer.
	Custom Stainless Steel Enclosures We custom build stainless steel enclosures for virtually any purpose. Our enclosures are constructed with sanitary and GMP concerns in mind. All joints are 100% welded, sanded smooth and passivated if required. The top picture shows a telephone enclosure for a powder processing room. The bottom picture shows an enclosure for a pallet scale system readout.
	Fire Equipment Cart A local industrial fire brigade needed a cart to transport firefighting equipment within the plant. This cart was designed to meet their size and capability requirements. The unit had to be user friendly both inside and outside the plant. Steering and axles were all custom built inhouse.
